Rewards Program FAQ

Create an account and you're in - you'll earn 100 points just for signing up. From there, every order and a handful of other actions add points to your balance.
Already shopped with us? You're already earning. As long as you sign up with the same email address you've used for your orders, your points will be waiting in your account.
100 points = $1. So 500 points is $5 off, 1,000 points is $10 off, and so on.
Log into your account and open the rewards panel. Your current balance and everything you've earned or redeemed will be there.
Yes. Every subscription renewal earns points at the standard 5 points per $1, just like a regular order.
Make sure your birthday is saved in your account profile. Points are added automatically around your birthday each year.
Share your referral link with a friend where they will receive a $5.00 coupon. When they use it to make their first purchase, you'll receive 500 points.

At checkout on a one-time order, choose how many points you'd like to apply. They'll come off as a discount on that order.
Yes - you need at least 500 points ($5) before you can redeem.
When you redeem 3,000 points, you earn $50 store credit that you can use towards any product of your choice.
Points are redeemed on one-time orders rather than on your recurring subscription charges. Your subscription already includes its own member discount, and your points can be spent any time you place a one-time order - a restock between shipments, trying a new flavor, or a gift. So your points never go to waste; they're just used on one-time purchases rather than the recurring renewal.
Nope, your points do not expire!
Any points you earned on a returned order are deducted from your balance.
